Prices

• Rental (standard configuration): JPY 10,000 per month or JPY 110,000 per year
• Hosting: JPY 5,000 per month or JPY 55,000 per year
• Rental with a higher configuration: quoted individually

All prices include consumption tax.

Additional fees

• One-time hosting setup fee: JPY 5,000 (tax incl.)
• Your internet connection and data charges
• Shipping for a hosted machine, both to us and back to you

Payment method

Credit card (processed by Stripe)

When you pay

The first payment is made when you sign up. After that, you are charged automatically on each renewal date (monthly or yearly).

When the service starts

Rental: within one business day of payment, we email you the address and account details.
Hosting: after your machine is installed, we send you the access details.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you can keep using the service until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, email us or use the contact form.

Refunds

We do not give prorated refunds. If we cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we will handle it individually.

An internet connection and a Screen Sharing (VNC) or SSH client.
